Reformer Total

Strength. Control. Full Body.

Reformer Total is our signature full-body Reformer Pilates class in Medowie.

Designed to challenge the entire body, this class combines traditional Reformer Pilates principles with strength, conditioning, balance, mobility and muscular endurance.

Expect controlled resistance-based exercises targeting the core, glutes, legs, arms and upper body, with class programming designed to give you a balanced workout from head to toe.

Your instructor will guide you through exercise options and progressions, allowing you to work at a level appropriate to your experience while continuing to build strength and confidence on the Reformer.

Reformer Total is perfect for:

  • Clients wanting a balanced full-body Reformer workout

  • Beginners with some familiarity with the Reformer

  • Regular Pilates clients wanting to build strength

  • Anyone wanting to improve core strength and stability

  • Those wanting to improve muscular endurance

  • Gym-goers and runners wanting Pilates alongside their training

  • Clients who enjoy variety in every session

One class. Total-body training.

Reformer Total (Intermediate)

Progress. Challenge. Perform.

Reformer Total Intermediate takes our signature Reformer Total class to the next level.

Designed for clients with previous Reformer Pilates experience, this class introduces stronger exercise progressions, more challenging resistance, increased coordination and faster transitions.

Programming may include advanced variations requiring greater core control, balance, stability and familiarity with Reformer setup and spring changes.

With less time spent introducing fundamental Reformer technique, Intermediate classes allow experienced clients to move through more progressive sequences while maintaining the precision and control that underpin Pilates training.

Reformer Total Intermediate is perfect for:

  • Experienced Reformer Pilates clients

  • Clients confident changing springs and adjusting their Reformer

  • Those comfortable following quicker exercise transitions

  • Anyone wanting to progress beyond foundational exercises

  • Clients wanting greater strength and endurance challenges

  • Those wanting to improve balance, coordination and body control

  • Regular Pilates clients ready to progress their training

More progression. More challenge. Greater control.

Reformer Total Intermediate is not recommended as your first Reformer Pilates class.

Reformer Light

Learn. Move. Build Confidence.

New to Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Light is our approachable, lower-intensity Reformer Pilates class designed to help you learn the equipment, understand fundamental Pilates movements and build confidence at your own pace.

Your instructor will guide you through Reformer setup, spring changes, positioning and basic movement patterns while delivering a light-to-moderate full-body workout.

The slower pace provides additional time to focus on technique, alignment, core engagement and movement control.

It is an excellent place to begin your Reformer Pilates journey or a great choice for anyone who simply prefers a gentler training session.

Reformer Light is perfect for:

  • First-time Reformer Pilates clients

  • Beginners wanting to learn how the Reformer works

  • Those returning to exercise

  • Clients wanting a lower-intensity Pilates workout

  • Anyone wanting additional time to focus on technique

  • Clients wanting to improve confidence before progressing

  • Regular Pilates clients wanting a lighter training day

Reformer ABT

Abs. Butt. Thighs.

Want to feel the Pilates burn?

Reformer ABT is our targeted Reformer Pilates class focusing on the abs, butt and thighs while still incorporating the control, stability and precision of Pilates.

Using the resistance of the Reformer, exercises are programmed to challenge the core, glutes, hips and legs, helping develop strength and muscular endurance throughout the lower body.

Expect controlled repetitions, targeted sequences and progressive resistance designed to keep the muscles working.

While ABT has a lower-body emphasis, your core remains involved throughout the class to support stability, posture and effective movement.

Reformer ABT is perfect for:

  • Clients wanting targeted glute and leg training

  • Anyone wanting to strengthen their core

  • Those who love the Pilates burn

  • Clients wanting to improve lower-body muscular endurance

  • Gym-goers wanting additional core and glute training

  • Runners and active clients wanting stronger hips and glutes

  • Anyone wanting a focused strength-based Reformer workout

Core engaged. Glutes working. Legs on fire.

Reformer Circle

Mobilise. Strengthen. Move Better.

Reformer Circle combines Reformer Pilates with mobility-focused movement to help you improve the way your body moves.

This full-body class focuses on developing flexibility, joint mobility, functional range of motion, stability and muscular strength through controlled movement on the Reformer.

Supporting Pilates equipment may also be incorporated to create different movement patterns and help you explore greater range and control.

Rather than simply stretching, Reformer Circle encourages you to build strength through your available range of motion — helping create a body that is both mobile and strong.

Reformer Circle is perfect for:

  • Clients wanting to improve flexibility and mobility

  • Anyone feeling stiff from work, sport or everyday life

  • Those wanting to improve functional range of motion

  • Clients wanting a lower-impact full-body workout

  • Runners and gym-goers wanting mobility alongside strength training

  • Clients wanting to improve movement quality

  • Anyone wanting a balanced combination of strengthening and mobility

Create space. Build strength. Move freely.

Reformer Yin

Slow Down. Lengthen. Release.

Reformer Yin is our slower, restorative Reformer Pilates class designed to release tension, improve mobility and give your body time to recover.

Inspired by the slower principles of Yin-style movement, the Reformer provides support while you move through gentle mobility exercises, supported stretches and longer-held positions.

Rather than chasing intensity, Reformer Yin encourages you to slow your breathing, reduce muscular tension and allow the body time to settle into each movement.

It is an ideal complement to strength training, running, gym workouts, sport and higher-intensity Pilates classes.

Reformer Yin is perfect for:

  • Clients wanting a slower Reformer Pilates experience

  • Anyone wanting to improve flexibility

  • Those experiencing general muscular tightness

  • Gym-goers and runners wanting a recovery session

  • Clients balancing Pilates with other training

  • Anyone wanting gentle mobility and stretching

  • Those wanting to unwind after a busy day or training week

Slow movement. Deep release. Time to reset.

Reformer Zen

  • Slow Down. Stretch. Release.

Reformer Zen is our slowest and most restorative Reformer class, created purely for stretching, mobility and muscular release.

There are no strengthening exercises, high-intensity movements or fast transitions. Instead, the entire class is dedicated to slowing the body down and using the Reformer for supported stretches, gentle mobility and longer-held release positions.

The Reformer provides support and assistance as you move gradually through the body, helping reduce muscular tension, improve flexibility and create a greater feeling of ease and mobility.

Reformer Zen is an ideal option busy during week, alongside strength or running training, or whenever your body feels tight and in need of recovery.

    Reformer Zen is perfect for:

    • Clients wanting a dedicated stretching class

    • Anyone feeling tight, stiff or fatigued

    • Runners and gym-goers needing recovery and mobility work

    • Clients wanting to improve flexibility

    • Those wanting gentle, supported stretching

    • Anyone wanting to release muscular tension

    • Clients looking for a calm, slow-paced Reformer experience

    • Anyone wanting a recovery-focused session without strengthening exercises

Slow down. Stretch deeply. Release tension. Leave feeling lighter.
